Tentative Dates for Farragut Baseball Inc. Fall 2019 Season

*Please note: ALL DATES listed below are subject to change and are based on weather permitting*

Ø  Online Registration Opens:  Monday, July 1, 2019

Ø  Online Registration Ends:  Sunday, August 4, 2019

Ø  Late Registration:  Monday, August 5 – Friday, August 9, 2019 *This applies only for leagues that still have openings as they are filled on a first come, first serve basis.

Ø  Player Evaluation Dates:  

·        Tuesday, August 6, 2019 @ the Farragut Baseball Fields

o   Hank Aaron 7U:  6:00 – 7:30 pm @ Field 1

·        Wednesday, August 7, 2019 @ the Farragut Baseball Fields

o   Roberto Clemente 8U:  6:00 – 7:30 pm @ Field 5

·        Thursday, August 8, 2019 @ the Farragut Baseball Fields

o   Willie Mays 10U:  6:00 – 7:30 pm @ Field 2

·        Tuesday, August 13, 2019 @ the Farragut Baseball Fields

o   Pee Wee Reese 12U:  6:00 – 7:30 pm @ Field 4

·        Thursday, August 15, 2019 @ the Farragut Baseball Fields

o   Sandy Koufax:  6:00 – 7:00 pm @ Field 6

Note:  There are no player evaluations for T-Ball, Ozzie Smith, or Mickey Mantle leagues. Players are placed on teams accordingly by their league commissioners.

Ø  Work Day:  Saturday, August 10, 2019 from 8:00 am – until completion

o   Note:  We would like for every team to have a minimum of 3-4 adult representatives. More hands make less work for all and this is for all parents, not just coaches!

Ø  Farragut Baseball Day at Dick’s Sporting Goods:  Saturday, August 10, 2019 (league representatives will be on hand from 10:00 am – 2:00 pm to help answer questions)

Ø  Practices Begin:  Sunday, August 11 – Saturday, August 17, 2019

Ø  Season Begins (First games on some fields):  Tuesday, September 3, 2019

Ø  Picture Days:  Saturday, September 7, and Saturday, September 14, 2019 *Both dates will be 8:00 am – 12:00 pm

Ø  Knox County Schools Holiday:  Fall Break is October 7 – October 11, 2019 *No games scheduled

Ø  Season Ends (Last games):  TBA
