Tentative Dates for Farragut Baseball Inc. Spring 2025 Season

*Please note:  ALL DATES listed below are subject to change and are based on weather permitting*

   Ø  Online Registration Opens:  Tuesday, January 7, at 9:00 am

o   Note: Every age division is first come, first serve throughout the complete registration process. There is no guarantee for those who delay in registering as availability is based on several factors including overall league capacity and obtainable number of head coaches.

   Ø  Player Evaluation Dates:  

o   Saturday, February 22 @ Farragut Middle School Gym

§  Hank Aaron 7U:  9:00 am – 12:00 pm

§  Roberto Clemente 8U:  1:00 – 4:00 pm

o   Sunday, February 23 @ Farragut Middle School Gym

§  Willie Mays 10U:  1:00 – 4:00 pm

o   Tuesday, February 25 @ Field 4 – Farragut Baseball Fields

§  Pee Wee Reese 12U:  6:00 – 8:00 pm

o   Tuesday, March 4 @ Field 6 – Farragut Baseball Fields

§  Sandy Koufax 14U:  6:00 – 7:30 pm

Note:  There are no player evaluations for T-Ball 4U, Ozzie Smith 6U, or Mickey Mantle 18U leagues. Players are placed on teams accordingly by league commissioners and will be notified by head coaches prior to team practices.

Ø  Field Work Day for Coaches and Parents:  Saturday, March 1, at 8:00 am

o   Note:  We would like for every team to have a minimum of 3-4 adult representatives. More hands make less work for all and this is for all parents, not just coaches!

   Ø  Farragut Baseball Weekend at Dick’s Sporting Goods:  March 7 – 10 (Friday – Sunday)

*Store wide sale for Farragut Baseball families will be for the entire weekend.

   Ø  Field Practices Begin, weather permitting: 

o   T-Ball 4U:  March 1 - 8 *T-Ball is the only division to start on March 1

o   Ozzie Smith 6U:  March 2 - 8

o   Hank Aaron 7U, Roberto Clemente 8U, Willie Mays 10U, Pee Wee Reese 12U, Sandy Koufax 14U:  March 2 - 8

o   Mickey Mantle 18U:  March 16 and March 23

   Ø  Spring Break for Knox County Schools:  Monday, March 17 – Friday, March 21

   Ø  Picture Days:  Saturday, March 22, and Saturday, March 29; Make-up Date is Thursday, April 3

   Ø  Season Begins (First games):  Tuesday, March 25

   Ø  Season Ends (Last games):  TBA

   Ø  Postseason Tournaments:  TBA *Following the regular season, weather permitting

   Ø  Last day for Knox County Schools:   ½ day for students – Thursday, May 22
